The 2008 adidas Women’s 5K Challenge is a fun run for women of all ages taking place in Hyde Park, London; the City Centre, Birmingham; and Sefton Park, Liverpool. Last year 30,000 of you entered the race, and we hope to see even more of you competing this year!

Breakthrough Breast Cancer
For anyone who has yet to choose a charity for the run, the adidas
Women’s 5K Challenge encourages you to support the events
preferred charity, Breakthrough Breast Cancer! Breakthrough is the
UK’s leading charity committed to fighting breast cancer through
research, campaigning and education, and has established the UK’s
first dedicated breast cancer research centre in partnership with the
Institute of Cancer Research.
For the second year running adidas have also developed a pink ribbon running collection which will be available from July, and for every item sold adidas will donate 10% to Breakthrough.
